“I have ridiculously high standards in this area. However, Chris has honestly exceeded all of my expectations.
I admittedly needed to be held accountable with getting the workouts in and checking in with my nutrition (which he does). It’s nice to have a person as invested in my health as me.
Also, I’ve mostly had female trainers in the past, but Chris is by far the best (without ever being skeevy or anything that some of us females are concerned about). Only trainers and their clients are allowed to use the equipment, which is great!
